Since we live and work where you do, it's just as important to us as it is to you.
At Burke Energy we believe in supporting our community – not just with reliable service, but with compassion and action. This March and April, the Burke Energy team has gone above and beyond by providing oil tank removals and new installations at no charge for customers facing hardships.
Technicians Tim Harbolic and Mike Liston recently replaced a rusted oil tank for a retired veteran who has been with Burke Energy since 1996. When responding to a no-heat call, they discovered the tank was in poor condition, but the customer couldn’t afford a replacement. Field Service Supervisor Nicky Natrella escalated the case to the General Manager, who approved the full replacement – materials and labor, completely free of charge.
Another installation in March made a life-changing difference for a customer battling terminal cancer. When Manager John Burns assessed the situation, he saw an opportunity to help and brought the case forward for a donation installation, ensuring warmth and security for this customer during a difficult time
These acts of service reflect our core values—going beyond business to make a lasting impact. Burke Energy isn’t just about heating homes, we’re about caring for the people who live in them.
