We’re excited to share that Lynne Biddle, Service Manager at Burke Energy, has been awarded Service Manager of the Year by the Organization of Energy Service Professionals (OESP) at the Eastern Energy Conference – becoming the first woman to receive this honor in the award’s 15 year history.
OESP is a national organization dedicated to supporting and advancing energy service professionals through education, networking, and recognition. Their membership includes technicians, managers, sales professionals, small business owners, and industry leaders. Being recognized by OESP means being honored by peers who understand the skill, leadership, and dedication required to excel in this field.

Lynne has been a cornerstone of Burke Energy since joining the team in 2010. Her leadership has strengthened service operations, elevated technician training, and helped build a culture focused on continuous improvement and customer care. She has championed industry education, supported local trade schools, and recently led the development of a state of the art training facility in Brewster.
Beyond her operational impact, Lynne is known for her commitment to giving back – supporting community programs, advocating for long time customers in need, and mentoring the next generation of service professionals.

Congratulations Lynne on this well deserved recognition and celebrating the example she sets for all of us at Burke Energy to provide the best in customer service.
